Information on Sudan from the Sudanese Embassy of South Africa (website)

The Embassy of Sudan in South Africa has created a website which is as extensive as it is informative. The webpage provides information on tourism, trade, the economy the peace processes as well as analytical essays on Sudanese political affairs such as a history of the Janjaweed. The webpage provides a good selection of information on the administration of Sudan including lists of the states and their sizes.

The website also contains official statements on the subjects of slavery in Sudan, human rights abuses and the treatment of women.
